About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own features from customer conversations through to production. This role involves writing specs, collaborating closely with engineers, and ensuring designs are implemented accurately. You will be responsible for maintaining design components, managing the ticketing workflow, and building tools to empower engineers in design tasks.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 8+ years designing B2B SaaS desktop applications as Staff/Principal Product Designer or similar.
  • Experience with dense interfaces such as tables, filters, permissions, and settings pages.
  • Previous experience as the sole designer or one of two/three in companies under 50 people.
  • Ability to set standards without a large design organization.
  • Portfolio showcasing individual contributions ('I' statements).
  • Ability to name engineers collaborated with on features.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions defended during the build process.
  • Clear and concise English communication skills (Slack, docs, calls).
  • Proficiency in Figma, with or without AI assistance.
  • Significant experience and comfort with LLMs.
  • Treat engineering feasibility as input, not a constraint.
  • Comfortable performing product work without a PM title.
  • Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to ship a version that is 80% as good within a shorter timeframe.
