About the Role

The S&P Order to Cash team manages end-to-end billing and collections, while the Global Credit and Collections team oversees accounts receivable. This role ensures adherence to business procedures and policies to protect revenue while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare new business and renewal billing information for Ratings and Investment Services units.
  • Ensure billing complies with internal controls and revenue recognition policies.
  • Submit billing to the Singapore team for processing in a timely manner.
  • Print processed billing and verify accuracy.
  • Notify the Singapore billing team of any required changes on the same day.
  • Compile renewal listings monthly to finalize information by month-end.
  • Respond to internal and external billing queries.
  • Collaborate with the origination team to ensure no billing is missed.
  • Follow up on outstanding JPY accounts receivable and report to the Credit Control Specialist.
  • Manage withholding tax administration for non-rating clients.
  • Respond to the Credit Control Specialist regarding accounts receivable inquiries.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
