About the Role
In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to help our clients make selections for their new home with your comprehensive understanding of the interior and external products available within our product range.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with clients during initial walk through, selection and electrical appointment
- Provide product support and guidance that suits each client’s style
- Providing a customised approach for selecting interior and external details, materials, colour selections, flooring selections, lighting/electrical, space planning, and detailing
- Interpreting client needs and completing detailed design concepts and contract documents
- Provide on the spot pricing and estimating for selected product
- Working collaboratively and coordinating work with other teams and functions
- Effectively utilising available technology to accurately record all revisions and reselections
Requirements
- Solid experience in customer focused interior design consulting
- Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
- Demonstrated design aesthetic and strong conceptual skills
- An ability to read and understand floor plans and contracts
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong record keeping, planning and organising
- Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and industry trends
