This role offers a career-defining opportunity to lead and grow the product team responsible for our core platform, with the potential to positively impact healthcare professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI product roadmap for Gravity's Intelligence layer, including Search, Agents, Orchestration, and Explainability, from backlog to general availability.
  • Engage with health system customers to understand AI challenges in production and integrate these insights into the product roadmap.
  • Drive AI product pilots from the initial science project phase to full production, transforming early-stage deployments into enterprise-grade products.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure rapid product delivery, utilizing AI-assisted development practices and maintaining high standards for quality and speed.
  • Define and enforce AI quality standards, including confidence scoring, hallucination thresholds, audit trails, and explainability.
  • Develop the Agent Lifecycle Management capability to enable scalable build, test, deploy, and monitoring of agents.
  • Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for AI orchestration, validating hypotheses with engineering and partners like Databricks and LangChain.
  • Lead customer-facing AI discussions, including roadmap reviews, pilot kickoffs, and trust/explainability deep dives, translating complex AI concepts into business and clinical value.
  • Collaborate daily with India-based engineering and PM teams, traveling quarterly to India to foster relationships and alignment.
  • Develop strategies to analyze the competitive landscape, potential data partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Design for international expansion to facilitate quicker launches in new markets and with new partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML or intelligent automation products within B2B healthcare or enterprise tech.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching AI products from pilot to production, supporting scaled clinical or operational workflows.
  • Experience leading product managers, with a demonstrated ability to improve execution quality and speed.
  • Experience working within or closely with health systems, understanding of EHR workflows, clinical decision support, care management, or revenue cycle operations.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, confidence scoring, hallucination detection, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong familiarity with agent frameworks and agentic workflow patterns, including multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop, tool use, and memory.
  • Experience with AI lifecycle management, including versioning, testing, staging/production promotion, monitoring, and drift detection.
  • Comfortable with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, and Delta Lake, and their integration with AI pipelines.
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards like FHIR R4, HL7v2, SNOMED, ICD, LOINC, CPT, RxNorm, or the ability to quickly learn regulated domains.
  • Technical background preferred; engineers transitioning to product management are a strong fit.
  • Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
  • Skill in holding engineering teams accountable constructively.
  • Strong structured thinking abilities to break down ambiguous problems and drive decisions.
  • Customer-facing confidence, capable of leading executive briefings and technical discussions with healthcare IT leaders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to define excellence in emerging fields.
  • Willingness to travel to India quarterly and work across time zones with a globally distributed team.
