About the Role

Provide hands-on technical leadership and operational coordination across a complex Operational Technology network environment. Ensure engineering activities are effectively prioritized, managed, and delivered, while driving visibility, governance, and successful outcomes across both project and business-as-usual workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a single, clear view of all Operational Technology network team activities, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure urgent and high-priority work is correctly sequenced, actively managed, and delivered.
• Coordinate and distribute engineering work across both projects and BAU activities.
• Remove blockers and ensure progress across parallel workstreams.
• Maintain momentum against critical work deadlines.
• Ensure changes are delivered safely within a live Operational Technology networking environment.
• Escalate complex issues and support incident response where required.
• Raise risks, gaps, and delays early.
• Maintain visibility of work across the Operational Technology network estate.
• Ensure effective prioritization and progression of engineering activities.

Requirements

• Recent experience within enterprise network environments.
• Experience guiding configuration activities involving routers, firewalls, and network estate infrastructure.
• Experience working within established guidelines and standards.
