About the Role

As a Member Support Consultant (MSC) at Fitness First, you will be the first point of contact for members, inspiring motivation, building confidence, and guiding them toward a healthier lifestyle. This role involves driving membership growth through proactive outreach, community engagement, and introducing prospective members to the club's offerings. You will also foster strong relationships with existing members by delivering exceptional service and creating positive, motivating experiences.

Responsibilities

Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
Open and close the club as per the club roster
Actively participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to maintain engagement, recommending club products to enhance results and experience

Requirements

Current First Aid & CPR certificate
A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions meeting potential members' needs
Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire action
A goal-focused drive with a continuous desire for self-improvement
Team player mentality, capable of supporting through challenges and celebrating successes
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and help individuals achieve their goals
