About the Role

Brighte is building the platform to enable and accelerate the energy transition by making it affordable, easy and less risky to buy and sell energy equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Convert every signed vendor into a productive one within 30 days.
  • Run onboarding sessions (live and recorded), enable vendors and make the first-lead handover call, fix anything that breaks in the first 60 days.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for vendor escalations across programs.
  • Triage stuck applications, settlement queries, and lead disputes.
  • Resolve issues by coordinating with internal Tech, Settlements, Customer Support, and external partners.
  • Maintain the vendor-facing knowledge base including flyers, FAQs, training videos, and portal status copy.
  • Train internal teams (Care, Settlements) on dispute handling.
  • Document all knowledge as Loom videos or SOPs.
  • Share insights from vendors or collated from the BDM sales team on vendor feedback.
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve processes and remove friction points.
  • Track activation rate, time-to-first-lead, conversion, and vendor NPS across all three programs.
  • Identify at-risk vendors and intervene early.
  • Flag vendors negatively impacting partner experience.
  • Set quarterly acquisition target lists for the BDM team.
  • Run the joint cadence with the BDM Lead.
  • Support partner governance forums.
  • Implement SOPs agreed upon in governance forums.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in vendor operations, channel/partner ops, or B2B customer success.
  • Proven track record of running a vendor/partner queue with SLAs, including building the system.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and firm on standards.
  • Comfortable declining vendor requests when necessary.
  • Numerate with experience in dashboards and querying vendor performance data.
  • Proficient in using AI to automate repeatable tasks and accelerate complex problem-solving.
  • Experience building systems that function independently.
