About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager for Brand & Content, you will serve as the day-to-day Second-in-Command to the Head of Marketing. This strategic and hands-on leadership role involves overseeing campaign execution, team development, and cross-functional program delivery to drive brand and content initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day 2IC to the Head of Marketing
- Line-manage and coach a team of marketing professionals
- Lead major brand, content, and advocacy campaigns from brief to execution
- Run cross-functional working groups and manage complex projects end-to-end
- Own the Go-To-Market resourcing plan and capacity management
- Integrate PR Talent Lab activities into campaign plans
- Bridge the gap between content teams and product/lifecycle squads
- Align campaign plans with business monetisation models and customer journey stages
- Manage complex campaign budgets and monthly reconciliations
Requirements
- Strategic and operational marketing leadership experience
- Experience managing and delivering integrated campaigns end-to-end
- Background in media marketing, publishing, or TV networks
- Editorial fluency with the ability to distill complex content briefs
- Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of the modern marketing funnel for acquisition and retention
- Hands-on approach to project management and execution
