About the Role

Join LGT Wealth Management to provide high-quality operational and administrative support to our Advisory team. This long-term career role focuses on coordination, accuracy, and execution in support of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, account openings, documentation, and daily portfolio administration.
  • Coordinate operational activities including cash and stock transfers, corporate actions, settlements, and international trading instructions.
  • Support investment advisers in preparing meeting packs, maintaining records, and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Manage team workflows, track deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external providers to resolve queries and deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain meticulous client files and internal systems to support efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in wealth management or a similar client-facing financial services role is desirable.
  • Background in administrative support, coordination, or operations within financial services or other professional settings.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Degree in Finance or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
  • RG146 accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
  • AML/KYC or derivatives accreditation is considered an advantage.
