About the Role

This role is all about driving continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence, and helping our teams work smarter through better processes, documentation, training and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve how we work across the fulfilment centre, using data, process mapping and strong stakeholder relationships to support meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across Fulfilment Centre Operations, using data-driven decision-making to improve quality and operational performance.
  • Experience taking employees through White Belt Training and providing coaching on GSTD/Kaizen continuous improvement practices.
  • Lead and coordinate small to medium process improvement projects, with a strong focus on KPIs, outcomes and operational impact.
  • Research, review and analyse existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Create process maps and document processes to support training, change implementation and consistency across teams.
  • Collect and analyse data to understand process performance, identify trends and monitor the success of improvement initiatives.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and One Point Lessons.
  • Partner with the Training team to support regular training sessions across Fulfilment Centre Operations.
  • Work closely with Fulfilment Centre Operations Leaders to gather feedback, share updates and identify areas where additional support or improvements are needed.
  • Support onboarding experiences at the fulfilment centre, including agency conversions and other onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, certifications and updates to training materials.
  • Coordinate and maintain comprehensive Fulfilment Centre Tours for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across Operations, People & Culture, Health & Safety, Operations Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Delivery Excellence to support aligned, practical improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong understanding of a fulfilment centre, warehouse, operations or process improvement environments.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify root causes, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach.
  • Confidence working with data, KPIs and process performance measures to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating small to medium projects from end to end.
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to different audiences.
  • The ability to create clear process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, Work Instructions and One Point Lessons.
  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • The ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to supporting high-quality, compliant ways of working.
