About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner- Cash Flow & Financial Control to drive financial governance, insight and performance across our Tip Top division. You will lead corporate governance, risk and compliance activities, while owning working capital and cash flow planning, reporting and insights. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, strengthening financial controls and enabling better decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Compliance across the Tip Top division, ensuring strong controls and best practice frameworks
- Support month-end close and management reporting, with a strong focus on working capital and cash flow performance
- Deliver budgeting and forecasting processes, with emphasis on balance sheet, working capital and cash flow
- Lead and coordinate the external audit process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Act as the SME for IFRS 16 accounting, overseeing lease accounting and compliance
- Translate financial results into clear insights on key business drivers, partnering with stakeholders to optimise working capital, cash flow and balance sheet outcomes
- Provide thought leadership and whole-of-business perspective, driving continuous improvement across core processes and activities
- Identify capability gaps across the business and design and deliver training/education on financial processes, policies and governance requirements
Requirements
- CA/CPA qualified (essential)
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or similar
- Proven finance business partnering experience in a complex organisation
- 5+ years of relevant experience with strong background in governance, risk & compliance
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (SAP/BW desirable)
- Commercially astute with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
