About the Role

We are looking for a senior ICT Program Director to drive the delivery of 5G Core and Cloud solutions. You will lead large, complex programs for Ericsson’s customers, delivering cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, competitive environment. The ICT Program Director will support the Key Account Manager with technical expertise and is responsible for the Core 3 team, owning the program's solution and delivery model.

Responsibilities

  • Drive 5G and 4G Core and Cloud engagements from scoping through delivery for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) customers.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring continuity from pre-sales to delivery and aligning with customer satisfaction and Ericsson’s business objectives.
  • Build strong C-level customer relationships and maintain daily presence at customer sites to foster trust in Ericsson.
  • Lead and empower local and global teams for on-time delivery, profitability enhancement, and continuous improvement through governance and project controls.
  • Identify milestones, obstacles, recommend solutions, and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Lead change management, including defining impacts to scope, budget, timeline, and quality with stakeholder agreement.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Drive up sales opportunities.
  • Harvest and optimize best practices, and create knowledge assets to industrialize delivery processes.
  • Promote a "one team" atmosphere and coach project team members for professional growth.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years as Program Manager, Program Director, Customer Project Manager, or Senior Solution Architect, including Core and Cloud delivery.
  • Successful experience delivering physical, virtualized, and/or containerized Network Function projects.
  • Experience delivering Automation of test and deployment.
  • Successful track record in adopting GenAI into program deliveries.
  • Supported sales efforts to drive new business.
  • Successful experience with project control.
  • Strong understanding of project management.
  • Strong financial background and understanding of business case development.
  • Highly developed risk-management skills.
  • Demonstrated accountability, customer-focused mindset, positive outlook, and willingness to help others.
  • Solid relationship management experience with leadership, engineers, developers, support, and sales teams.
  • An innovative and creative spirit.
  • Strong Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
  • Strong persuading, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, meeting customer expectations.

Salary/Compensations

  • $144,000 - $189,000
  • Annual bonus potential
