About the Role

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is seeking a hands-on marketing campaign specialist to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This fast-paced role involves executing comprehensive campaigns from conception to completion, including developing strategic plans and personally building ads, copy, landing pages, and content.

Responsibilities

• Write high-converting ad copy for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Build and optimize landing pages from scratch using page builders
• Create presentation materials for webinars, partnerships, and educational expos
• Collaborate with the content team, designers, and regional digital marketer to build campaigns targeting the US market

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience where you personally created and managed campaigns
• Proven experience writing high-converting copy for ads, emails, and landing pages
• Experience managing paid advertising across META, Google Ads, and other platforms (not the technical side)
• Email marketing platform expertise
• Content creation skills — blog posts, social content, and educational materials
• An analytics and optimization mindset
• Self-starter who acts without waiting for direction
• Creative problem solver who generates and tests fresh ideas quickly
• Detail-oriented executor who keeps every campaign element polished
