About the Role
The Product Manager will support the development and evolution of the En>ACT transaction reporting platform. This role involves shaping the product roadmap, overseeing delivery, and ensuring the platform meets evolving regulatory demands and client needs across the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Product Development to define the product roadmap.
- Identify and develop new product features and enhancements.
- Drive product strategy with a focus on long-term scalability and platform evolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, regulatory SME, and data teams to deliver product releases.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
- Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support sprint deliverables.
- Provide product training and documentation for internal and external users.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to drive product improvements.
- Monitor RegTech and FinTech market trends.
- Act as a bridge between product, commercial, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Communicate product decisions and progress across the business.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience in capital markets, banking, RegTech, or FinTech.
- Knowledge of transaction reporting frameworks such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, CFTC, ASIC, or MAS.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of agile and iterative product development practices.
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
