About the Role

We are seeking a UX Designer to enhance our product's usability by identifying and resolving friction points. You will redesign workflows and interactions to simplify complex processes, working closely with engineering to ensure rapid, high-quality implementation.

Responsibilities

• Audit and evaluate existing UX problems to identify high-impact friction areas.
• Redesign and re-implement UX elements and user flows to reduce complexity.
• Translate UX issues into design solutions from low-fidelity concepts to final specs.
• Partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation, including hands-on pairing.
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize UX improvements.
• Establish and iterate on design patterns for consistency.
• Solicit and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX or product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements to complex product interfaces.
• Deep expertise in interaction design and flow optimization.
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma.
• Experience working directly with engineers in an agile environment.
• Ability to prioritize UX problems using qualitative feedback and intuition.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
