About the Role

As a Senior Data & Automation Analyst at Linktree, you will be the data backbone of the Strategy & Finance function, transforming operational and financial data into reliable foundations for business decisions. You will own the full data lifecycle, including modeling, automating pipelines, and building infrastructure to support scalability and AI systems. You will partner with Finance and Strategy leaders to translate ambiguous questions into durable data products, ultimately helping Linktree empower creators by providing trustworthy data for company leadership.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain data models that power StratFin reporting, planning, and analysis.
Automate manual, repetitive data and reporting workflows end-to-end.
Build reliable pipelines with testing, monitoring, and clear ownership.
Partner with Finance and Strategy stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into scalable data products.
Lay the data foundations that make it safe to layer AI and automation systems on top.
Champion data quality standards and help shape how the team works with data.

Requirements

4-5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analysis, or a comparable data-heavy role.
Strong SQL and data-modelling skills (e.g., dbt, dimensional modelling) with an understanding of scalability and trade-offs.
Ability to build automation and pipelines with Python or similar, with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
Thrive in ambiguity and can turn vague business requests into clear, trustworthy data products.
Ability to influence and communicate with non-technical Finance and Strategy stakeholders.
Bias toward impact and innovation, with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly against business value.
