About the Role

We are a well-funded biotech startup seeking an Antibody Development Scientist to join our interdisciplinary team. The candidate will contribute to our proprietary single cell platform, resolving a bottleneck for immunotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Design T-cell engagers and execute their development and optimization campaigns.
• Work with internal and external teams on antibody discovery, characterization, and production.
• Drive developability and manufacturability assessments.
• Manage external relationships and deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with computational scientists and immunologists to optimize and validate candidate molecules through iterative engineering and in vitro/in vivo studies.

Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience leading the design, production, and developability optimization of multi-specific antibodies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, take initiative, and drive projects forward independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
