About the Role

The Latham MR Magnets facility manufactures and develops Magnetic Resonance Imaging magnets and other superconducting products. Your role will involve accurate material measurement, layout, and cutting, along with performing special assignments as directed by your supervisor. You will need to interpret blueprints and operating procedures, and be proficient with a tape measure, ruler, and basic math.

Responsibilities

  • Able to measure, lay out, and cut materials accurately using patterns and or measurements.
  • Able to perform special assignments as required by the supervisor.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints and or operating procedures.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure and ruler and perform simple math.

Requirements

  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
