About the Role

This role supports product and consumer communications for OpenAI and ChatGPT across EMEA. You will help build consumer understanding, trust, and engagement with our technology by showcasing how ChatGPT assists people in their daily lives and work.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of product launches across EMEA
• Coordinate with multiple EMEA agencies
• Develop proactive stories, content, and case studies
• Manage and deliver creative communications campaigns, launches, and events
• Engage with media, influencers, and stakeholders across multiple channels
• Manage the earned influencer programme across EMEA
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and media engagement plans for spokespeople
• Build and maintain relationships with national, mainstream, lifestyle, culture, and technology journalists and influencers

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional PR experience in agency or in-house settings
• Expertise in mainstream consumer communications across owned and earned channels
• Proven ability to devise and manage creative campaigns
• Experience supporting a busy media relations team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to work cross-functionally with global affairs, legal, marketing, and product teams
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
