About the Role
An OTC Driver's Assistant contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to shoppers, donors, people seeking testing or pharmacy patrons. This position has the opportunity to give stand out service that enhances the reputation of AHF and encourage customers to return to an OTC and recommend it to others. Better sales performance will increase AHF's ability to serve more clients.
Responsibilities
- Presents a friendly, helpful face to shoppers, donors, people seeking testing or pharmacy patrons.
- Maintains appropriate use and upkeep of all equipment provided by AHF/ OTC (including, but not limited to, pagers, safety belt, dollies, etc.).
- Rides in the cab of the truck with the assigned driver and assists the driver in navigation.
- Assists the driver in loading the truck, distributing weight evenly, forming a compact load, and utilizing space.
