About the Role

The Fulfillment Associate processes, picks, and packs medical supply orders with accuracy and efficiency to ensure clients receive the right medical supplies on time.

Responsibilities

  • Process and accurately pick medical supply orders.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Verify picked medical supply orders for accuracy.
  • Package verified orders for delivery.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels in pick and pack areas.
  • Record order substitutions and back-orders correctly.
  • Restock inventory from returned depot orders.
  • Maintain a neat and clean work area.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Follow established Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Work for extended periods in cold environments (walk-in coolers) while handling and packaging pharmaceutical products.
  • Maintain focus, attention to detail, and adherence to GMP or applicable regulatory guidelines while working in temperature-controlled settings.
  • Handle repetitive tasks in cooler conditions, including the use of appropriate PPE.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Organized self-starter.
  • Able to communicate well.
  • Spends the majority of the shift on feet, including standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Regularly lifts, pushes, pulls, carries, or moves objects of varying weights.
  • Periodically required to lift up to 20 lbs. unassisted and perform bending, twisting, and reaching to move supplies or other items.
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance and perform physical movements to handle merchandise or other items.
  • Interacts frequently and regularly with other team members.
  • Occasionally communicates with customers and external companies by phone.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing (GMP) or applicable Regulatory Guidelines, particularly regarding temperature-controlled storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
  • Wear and properly use all essential or required personal protective equipment (PPE).
