About the Role

Join the Community+Live, Workplace & Government Architecture team to experience the full arc of design and construction. You will support project development, documentation, and coordination while working under the guidance of senior team members to contribute to meaningful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details under supervision
  • Assist in producing construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Support design presentations with renderings, diagrams, and visual materials
  • Research materials, systems, and construction methods
  • Participate in planning and occupancy studies and contribute to layout development
  • Maintain organized project files and assist with document control
  • Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables for assigned tasks
  • Support code analysis, building systems coordination, and specification development
  • Review drawings and submittals for compliance
  • Assist with site inspections and field verification
  • Participate in design team discussions and collaborative problem-solving
  • Communicate proactively with project leads regarding progress and challenges
  • Interact professionally with internal teams and external consultants
  • Maintain clear records of work and decisions
  • Log AXP experience hours and pursue ARE exams
  • Seek feedback and mentorship from senior staff
  • Take initiative in learning new tools, workflows, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field from an accredited institution
  • 1-4 years of professional experience
  • Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Interest in BIM workflows and project management tools
  • Submit resume and portfolio for consideration
