About the Role
Support the delivery and operational stability of IMA capabilities by partnering with engineers, architects, QA, product teams, and stakeholders across regions to improve flow from idea to release and support reliable identity integrations across the application landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support Agile delivery ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
- Track stories, defects, risks, dependencies and environment readiness to keep delivery visible and on track
- Coordinate release planning, readiness checks, change communications and post-release follow-up
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on requirements, decisions, scope and delivery plans
- Work across multiple geographies and time zones to support clear handovers and timely decisions
- Provide day-to-day operational support for IMA services and integrations, including configuration and lifecycle activities
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in software delivery, technical enablement or operations roles supporting identity and access capabilities or authentication services
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Experience collaborating effectively across regions, cultures and time zones
