About the Role
In the role of Advanced Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading brand reporting and analytics, reporting automation, data pipeline development, and business performance insights to support commercial decision-making. This role also plays a key part in analytics by extracting and translating data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and are shared during executive monthly business cycles. The role ensures reporting is adequate from an end-user standpoint and represents business users during report adjustments or new report development with design experts and IT partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, support, and facilitate the steps for monthly business reviews, game planning reviews and monthly brand analytics support.
- Support the brand team with analytics and reporting asks, preparation of monthly marketing reviews as well as adhoc data pulls to support business insights.
- Work with Sales & Commercial Planning , Commercial Enablement, Demand Planning and Finance teams to ensure alignment and accurate reporting.
- Seek continuous improvements with the various analytics and reporting processes, drive & champion automation and find efficiencies in broader business practices.
- Extract and translate data into meaningful insights based on requests emerging from strategic business discussions.
- Ensure proper reporting is in place and represents end users for report information adjustments or new developments as needed.
- Use advanced analytics tools and technical capabilities, including Python, Databricks, and SQL, to support data extraction, transformation, analysis, automation, and reporting needs.
- Partner with IT and reporting design experts to validate business requirements, support report development, and ensure reporting outputs are accurate and actionable for end users.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in operations, Engineering, Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- An MBA is considered an asset.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in CPG industry, Key Account Management, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or other analytics roles at a CPG company.
- You have a strong knowledge of commercial executive reporting and analytics, business performance management, and deriving insights from data.
- You are a motivated and dynamic team-player who can inspire others.

Skills
- Expert in SQL, with the ability to extract, transform, validate, and analyse large datasets.
- Expert-level experience with Python for analytics, automation, data manipulation, and reporting support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including notebooks, data workflows, and analytics-ready data preparation.
- Knowledge of Tableau or similar business intelligence and reporting tools, such as Power BI.

Salary/Compensations
- $102,400.00 - $134,400.00
- 13% target short term incentive
