About the Role
The Twitch legal team is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, esports productions, and marketing activations. This role offers an opportunity to join a close-knit legal team, collaborate with Amazon legal counterparts, and address complex user community issues.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing, and other commercial transactions.
- Counsel teams on legal and business issues, including rights and clearances.
- Coordinate with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance.
- Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 3 to 6 years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space.
- Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams.
- Sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
