About the Role
This role is responsible for portfolio management, credit underwriting, and loan administration duties for Fintech Warehouse Facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and analyze client collateral credit performance for asset-backed finance (ABF) transactions.
- Process loan transactions such as draw requests, pay downs, and fund distribution.
- Prepare modeling and analysis for portfolio reviews, highlighting key trends and risks.
- Monitor deals for compliance with covenants.
- Ensure timely receipt and accuracy of client financial, compliance, and collateral reporting.
- Maintain accurate client information in internal systems.
- Assist in preparing internal reports and presentations for management.
- Support the underwriting process for existing warehouse credit facilities.
- Prepare credit memoranda and structured finance models.
- Analyze client financial statements, collateral tapes, and other documents.
- Perform collateral stratification.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including credit, legal, and operations teams.
- Assist in the deal approval and structuring process.
- Understand risk factors and performance drivers for financed asset classes.
- Understand venture debt and structured finance vehicles.
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to support client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare client-facing materials and correspondence.
- Contribute to the development of client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Asset Backed Finance, Debt Capital Markets Asset Backed Securities, Warehouse Lending, or Corporate Finance.
