About the Role

Provide administrative and clerical support within an established occupational health clinic, focusing on employee health services, health record management, and efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain health records in accordance with privacy laws, medical protocols, and applicable organizational policies.
  • Coordinate employee health scheduling and track completion of occupational health program requirements.
  • Support procurement activities and inventory maintenance for medical supplies, vaccines, and related clinic inventory.
  • Provide administrative support for occupational health activities, including documentation coordination and drug testing collection support.
  • Assist with clinic workflow coordination, tracking logs, discrepancy reporting, and clerical documentation support.
  • Follow applicable safety and PPE requirements while supporting day-to-day clinic operations.

Requirements

  • Experience maintaining confidential health records within healthcare, occupational health, or regulated administrative environments.
  • Ability to coordinate scheduling activities and track completion of occupational health or medical surveillance requirements.
  • Experience supporting procurement, inventory tracking, or supply coordination activities.
  • Ability to support clinic operations within a regulated healthcare environment and complete required onboarding and site access procedures.
  • Ability to follow applicable federal, state, local, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements.
  • Ability to complete required onboarding and background screening processes.
