About the Role

Share your skills and help us create the next generation of tennis and pickleball players! The ideal candidate possesses the ability to teach and demonstrate technique to both beginning and advanced level players of all ages. Must have an engaging personality and enjoy interacting with kids and adults. A positive and team-focused attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach and demonstrate technique to beginning and advanced level players of all ages.
• Engage with kids and adults.
• Lead and communicate effectively to groups of children and adults.
• Work with a wide variety of skill levels, focusing on beginning through UTR 4.5.
• Utilize a wide range of games and drills to get students moving and having fun.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience is required.
• Solid playing ability (3.5+ NTRP).
• Fast-paced and accurate ball feeding skills.
• Patience when dealing with students new to the sport.
• A good understanding of classic and modern tennis fundamentals.
• A strong work ethic, including punctuality and professionalism.
• Required by law to submit to a consumer investigative report.
• Subject to a TB screening following a conditional offer of employment.
