Analyze and review business processes and functional requirements.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring or leading developers.
Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
Agile development experience.
Project management experience for small to mid-sized projects.
Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS).
