About the Role

The Resource Manager will ensure creative and production teams are staffed effectively, projects are resourced smoothly, and workloads remain balanced. This role supports efficient business operations and a positive team culture, offering flexibility in working days.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day resource scheduling across creative and production teams
  • Coordinate freelancer bookings, onboarding, and availability tracking
  • Work with producers and department leads to allocate talent across projects
  • Monitor team capacity and flag resourcing challenges early
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and workflow systems
  • Support smooth communication between departments and external collaborators
  • Help improve resource planning processes and studio operations
  • Ensure projects are staffed efficiently while supporting team wellbeing
  • Assist with wider operational coordination when needed

Requirements

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple priorities
  • Excellent communicators who enjoy working with people
  • Proactive problem-solvers with a collaborative mindset
  • Experienced in resource management, production coordination, studio operations, traffic management, or project management within creative environments
  • Experience within a creative agency, production company, content studio, or similar fast-paced environment would be highly beneficial

Skills

  • Experience scheduling teams and managing workflows
  • Strong understanding of creative or production pipelines
  • Confident using project/resource management tools
  • Comfortable coordinating freelancers and external talent
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing needs
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Salary/Compensations

  • £35,000–£45,000 FTE
