About the Role
This role exists to ensure high-stakes conversations with partners, investors, and the board land well by transforming rough ideas into polished presentations and ensuring clear communication and rigorous follow-through on execution. You will work directly with the President to support daily operations, prepare external meeting materials, and drive cross-functional work.
Responsibilities
- Own the production of presentation materials for partner meetings, quarterly business reviews, board meetings, and investor updates.
- Translate rough inputs into clean, structured decks with a clear narrative arc.
- Work directly with the go-to-market team to prepare for high-visibility external conversations.
- Maintain and iterate on recurring materials such as partner-facing templates, internal scorecards, and QBR frameworks.
- Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up materials for recurring meetings.
- Track action items, decisions, and open questions across workstreams, ensuring commitments are documented and followed through.
- Own the logistics and preparation for key internal planning moments, including quarterly strategy reviews and annual planning.
- Compile partner feedback, meeting notes, and cross-functional inputs into clear written summaries.
- Draft memos, one-pagers, and briefing documents for internal and external use.
- Distill complex business situations into essential elements that drive alignment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in management consulting or investment banking.
- Operations and finance experience are also relevant.
- A track record of building presentation materials that are used and persuade.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in high-stakes settings.
- Intellectual curiosity about financial services or fintech is required.
