About the Role
As a Financial Planning Analyst within the Enterprise Finance division, you will support the Finance Manager and senior analysts in executing specialized financial tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of financial reports and analysis for senior leadership, managing strategic financial objectives, and contributing to the overall performance of your area.
Responsibilities
- Support GBS, DXG, Legal, HR, Strategy, and GBCM allocations through VSP, LE, and Budget cycles
- Provide key insights to divisional business leaders regarding enterprise function expenses
- Develop and analyze advanced financial data and emerging trends for senior leadership reports
- Support the ongoing development and optimization of financial models
- Partner with the Finance Manager and senior analysts to shape strategic financial decisions
Requirements
- Minimum of one to two years of finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Exceptional analytical insight and ability to tailor complex messages to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel formula knowledge with the ability to handle large datasets
- Experience with variance analysis of project results versus actual results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
