About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and supporting marketing campaigns and related activities, with a focus on email marketing production, campaign coordination, content preparation, and maintaining marketing systems and records.

Responsibilities

  • Creates marketing emails in marketing automation platform (HubSpot)
  • Uploads and creates segment contact lists based on defined criteria
  • Personalizes email content using established fields and data inputs
  • Schedules and deploys email campaigns according to the marketing calendar
  • Performs quality assurance checks for editorial style, accuracy, formatting, and links before sending
  • Generates standard performance reports (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) as required
  • Maintains campaign files, folders, and documentation in shared systems
  • Tracks campaign timelines and update project management tools as assigned
  • Supports campaign setup across channels following established workflows
  • Ensures consistency of campaign details across internal systems and materials
  • Coordinates with internal teams (design, digital, content)
  • Route marketing materials through review and approval workflows
  • Tracks feedback and ensure updates are incorporated into final materials
  • Exercises fiscal responsibility in the utilization of all CASE resources.
  • Works cooperatively and diplomatically with all divisions and regions.
  • Liaises with CASE colleagues in other parts of the world to ensure the best sharing of ideas, expertise and knowledge.
  • Incorporates tasks and/or projects related to objectives as directed by the CASE Strategic Plan.
  • Ensures that CASE is well represented by exercising a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and ethics, in all activities, services, and products.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
  • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives and projects
  • Assist with division projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a marketing or communications support role
  • A demonstrated interest in advancing education in the not-for-profit sector.
  • A strong commitment to contributing to an organizational culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
  • An understanding and interest in engaging with a broad range of cultures and countries.
  • Ability to follow processes, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate and respond to direction from multiple stakeholders
  • CASE will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and content preparation
