About the Role
As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will create and implement marketing campaigns for Borrowell’s member base, owning the affiliate marketing channel for Borrowell’s marketplace. This involves campaign planning, execution, reporting, strategic direction, and channel optimization.
Responsibilities
- Build email & push notification marketing campaigns, segment audiences, recommend test strategies, and ensure high quality of all outbound campaigns
- Collaborate with Engagement Manager to define & execute on evolving Promotional strategy
- Coordinate with business to understand requirements and ensure all email campaign assets are delivered on time and follow Borrowell best practices and guidelines
- Own the campaign deployment calendar to ensure campaigns are on track and executed on time
- Coordinate with internal teams (including Design, Product, Business Development) to develop campaign content
- Develop strong relationships with external partners and internal team members
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for using and acquiring data to better meet the needs of our partners
- Assist in creating & executing sponsorship opportunities to further deepen partner relationships
- Produce partner-facing performance reports and continually look for insights to improve future campaign performance
Requirements
- 1+ years experience with enterprise-level email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud - preferred, Braze, Hubspot, Sendgrid, etc.)
- Knowledge of customer engagement, with experience in email best practices, as well as methods for testing and optimization
- Ability to prioritize effectively and quantify the impact of work
- Excellent communication both written and verbally, along with strong presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability
- Comfortable with data visualization and KPI tracking
- Clearing a credit and criminal record check is a condition of employment
