About the Role
We are seeking a senior fullstack engineer with a frontend focus to help evolve our AI-powered legal assistant. You will own the end-to-end design and development of key features, working within a dynamic team to transform real estate transactions through automation and cutting-edge LLM integration.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design and development of web application features and supporting services
- Influence frontend architecture to optimize for scale, iteration speed, and quality
- Shape product direction and solve customer pain points
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI product managers, legal experts, and engineers
- Champion code quality and reusability
- Ensure features deliver measurable business impact
- Participate in architecture and code reviews to improve maintainability, security, and scalability
Requirements
- Strong background in frontend development
- Proven track record of building user-facing products
- Experience delivering large, complex software engineering systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer
- Value shipping early and often to gather feedback
