About the Role
Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN) sales and business development organizations generate the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services, shaping the future of FBIN as a leading smart home provider. This role acts as the face of FBIN to key partners, transforming how businesses work with FBIN, its customers, and users by understanding business partnerships at all levels and creating a vision to inspire customers to transform using Fortune Brands Connected products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the formation of business partnerships and negotiation of contracts
- Contribute to FBIN’s planning and execution of strategy to increase customers and sales
- Own the process of moving partner relationships from initial contact through development
- Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, integrating the FBIN leadership team as needed
- Interface with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to aid in the success of the business
- Track FIBN integration progress KPIs
- Drive new revenue opportunities either through new partnerships and/or new technologies
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers and partners
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Director in Corporate or Business Development at an e-commerce company
- Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and closing strategic partnerships with Fortune 1,000 companies
- A proven track record of seamless integration with an entire organization (e.g., products, engineering team, marketing) to facilitate the successful execution of the strategic partnership
- Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred

Salary/Compensations
- Hiring Pay Range: $138,000 USD - $200,000 USD
