About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to support mission-critical programs in a cleared environment. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and platform integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem to deliver actionable insights for government and intelligence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions in a classified environment
- Build and integrate data science solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics, custom applications, and workflow automation
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and mission-relevant insights
- Collaborate with government, intelligence, and internal technical teams to translate mission requirements into scalable analytics solutions
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making via Tableau
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and classified handling requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement
- Professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related technical role
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; or Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, including integrations, Performance Analytics, and/or custom application development
- Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Ability to work effectively in a classified, on-site environment
