About the Role
As part of the Heart of House team, the Sales & Stock Support will support the Flagship boutique team by handling administrative and back-of-house duties, while maintaining CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, personal presentation, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and on the phone by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries.
- Ensure all clients are kept informed as appropriate.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times.
- Respond promptly to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head Office.
- Assist on the shop floor as needed, applying CHANEL standards of customer service.
- Welcome clients, present new collections, and escort clients to the door as appropriate.
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office.
- Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels.
- Accurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely manner.
- Work effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each area and staff room.
- Ensure absolute confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities and internal affairs at all times.
- Assist in inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts consolidation, etc.).
- Execute after-sales tasks.
- Ensure inventory integrity and organization at all times.
- Ensure that back-office areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
Requirements
- Successful experience of at least 1-3 years in retail operations and/or stock experience.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
- Customer service oriented.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with different departments and teams.
- Fluent English.
- Second language is a plus.
