About the Role
Entry-level Maintenance Worker position at The Lake House, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This role involves ensuring the operational status of critical equipment, maintaining property cleanliness, and completing various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily rounds ensuring all critical equipment is operational.
- Perform outdoor rounds, maintaining a clean property.
- Perform daily pool maintenance and chemical level checks.
- Complete assigned maintenance requests for guest rooms and back of house daily.
- Assist in painting/touch ups.
- Assist in the LH preventative maintenance program – batteries, belts, filters.
- Assist in event function set ups and break downs.
- Report any maintenance problems observed to the Maintenance Manager to have assigned.
- Perform any additional tasks that may be requested by the Maintenance Manager and/or LH Senior Management.
Requirements
- Adept with the use of common hand tools.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.
- Schedule availability a must, either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Be able to lift 30 pounds comfortably.
