About the Role
Manage implementation projects for key and complex customers, applying project management methodologies and structure to ensure timely and on-budget delivery in line with customer objectives. Focus on continuous improvement and scalability to support ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing implementation projects, including scoping, planning, and risk/issue management.
- Actively manage project plans, scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation, ensuring alignment on plans and timelines through clear communication.
- Translate technically complex scope and requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Track project progress, present reporting to senior stakeholders, and automate processes where possible.
- Lead status and project health update meetings.
- Support resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops and lead meetings with key stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, configurations, notes, and actions.
- Ensure deliverable quality through appropriate documentation, sign-off, and testing.
- Lead continuous improvement of processes and documentation for customer and internal teams.
- Support product development by translating customer use cases, feedback, and problems.
Requirements
- Excellent track record with internal and external stakeholder management.
- Demonstrable experience managing risks, issues, and changes, finding solutions while balancing customer expectations and project profitability.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, understanding complex information and competing priorities.
- Experience in a scale-up environment, self-motivated, and comfortable working at pace.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and improve processes for efficiency, scalability, and improvement.
- Previous successful applications of project management methodologies.
- Experience in energy is considered a plus.
