About the Role
Austin Gastro, powered by GI Alliance, offers a physician-led, patient-focused practice environment. This role supports superior, individualized patient care by leveraging robust business and organizational support, allowing clinicians to focus on providing top-notch care in a successful private practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Primarily outpatient, with very occasional inpatient, services under the direct supervision and responsibility of one physician
- Seeing both new patients and follow-up patients
- Complete patient histories and physicals
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Counsel patient and family on health and disease
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Vietnamese required for patient population
- State Licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Recent graduates welcome to apply
