About the Role
Responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing maintenance standards for all Bikeshare non-motorized and e-bike rolling assets. Develops and implements an ongoing electrification plan for the program with a goal of future carbon neutrality. Oversees all bicycle asset management functions including parts inventory procurements and operations. Directs the Bikeshare mechanic team to ensure all rolling equipment is maintained in like new condition and capable of fulfilling daily service requirements, including non-revenue fleets. Leads projects to procure future rolling and electrification assets. Maintains a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.
