About the Role
We are a rapidly expanding company in the restoration and mitigation industry seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional to drive business growth. This role offers a path to business ownership for high performers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in restoration, mitigation, and construction markets
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners including plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and realtors
- Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community meetings to grow brand presence
- Execute business-to-business marketing efforts to generate leads
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and revenue
- Manage sales pipeline and track activity using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently with referral partners
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business
- Existing relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, or real estate professionals
- Self-motivated hunter mentality
- Comfort with cold calling, in-person sales visits, and B2B marketing
- High knowledge of the restoration, mitigation, construction, plumbing, or insurance industry
- Ability to travel as required
