About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for its Deposit Platform within the Alpha Agency Solutions division, focusing on the Cross-Border Solutions line of business. This role is based in London and involves supporting the growth of the deposit platform through exceptional client onboarding, ongoing relationship management, and internal stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process, partnering with Client Services, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Provide clients and Relationship Managers with onboarding documentation, guidance, and support.
  • Proactively follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
  • Take ownership of the onboarding journey until client accounts are fully operational.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to deliver an outstanding client experience and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor zero-balance and dormant client accounts, engaging with clients to understand funding intentions and identify reactivation opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters.
  • Maintain high standards of client service through responsive, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly Management Information (MI) reports and support business performance analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights to Relationship Managers to support client retention and business growth.
  • Assist the Head of Deposit Platform with ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and client presentations.
  • Create and refine client-facing presentations, pitch decks, and product literature using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support continuous improvements to onboarding and client management processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Client Relationship Management, Client Services, or Account Management role within Financial Services.
  • Experience supporting client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and identifying trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory onboarding requirements within Financial Services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
