About the Role
The role involves collaborating with members of the Creative Solutions team, vendors, and peers across the business, including legal, brand, and intent and product owners, to facilitate the delivery of creative, design, localization, and/or research projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end workflows for localization requests, including intakes, file preparation, email creation, approvals, and hand-offs.
- Support auditing of vendor invoices and cross-entity bill-back efforts.
- Coordinate project work, including overseeing intake submissions, assigning performers, communicating sprint priorities, and maintaining asset trackers.
- Facilitate project review and handoff, managing the proofing process and coordinating Content and Design Validation (CDV) requests.
- Perform financial tracking and vendor management, facilitating Project Authorizations and Purchase Orders.
- Maintain budget spreadsheets, track invoices, and resolve billing issues.
- Onboard new team members and set up system access.
- Address or redirect questions from partner teams to the appropriate stakeholder(s).
- Track project completion, asset delivery, and other performance measures.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives across functional areas.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in project management.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working and collaborating in teams.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems using structured processes.
- Ability to apply judgment needed for escalations.
- Ability to work well both with others and independently.
- Working knowledge in French.
