This role is crucial for enabling System Integrators, App Developers, and Partners to publish, discover, and manage applications, serving as the operational backbone of the Foresight ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, translating business requirements and platform needs into prioritized user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to deliver capabilities that support the complete application lifecycle, including onboarding, submission, validation, approval, publishing, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows that ensure applications move efficiently through all lifecycle stages while maintaining quality, traceability, and operational consistency.
  • Define and maintain governance framework for marketplace, including partner eligibility requirements, app submission standards, metadata requirements, documentation expectations, and compliance criteria.
  • Establish policies, processes, and operational controls that ensure consistency, transparency, and scalability across all ecosystem participants.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation framework including submission guidelines, validation requirements, templates, and operational procedures to support partners, developers, and internal teams.
  • Define and oversee validation and certification processes to ensure applications meet established quality, security, compliance, and technical standards before publication.
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, Engineering, and Certification teams to establish robust review and approval workflows combining automated validation and manual assessment.
  • Ensure publishing activities remain controlled, auditable, and efficient while maintaining platform integrity, trust, and a high-quality user experience.
  • Establish processes for ongoing governance of published applications, including version management, periodic reviews, re-certification requirements, and retirement of non-compliant or obsolete applications.
  • Define and track key operational performance indicators such as validation pass rates, time-to-publish, cycle times, submission quality, and platform efficiency.
  • Use operational insights and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, and enhance overall platform effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure successful implementation of platform capabilities and operational processes.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by ensuring application catalog readiness, improving discoverability of applications, and aligning platform capabilities with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional, zone, and country teams to drive ecosystem adoption and ensure market-place effectively supports partner engagement and business growth objectives.
