About the Role

As a GTM Engineer, you will help build systems, automations, and AI-powered tools to scale Patchwork's impact. You will work at the intersection of technology, data, and commercial operations, playing a key role in enhancing the effectiveness and decision-making of Revenue teams, ultimately creating greater value for customers. This cross-functional role involves collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Care, and Finance. You will contribute to designing and improving data models, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions for customer acquisition, account support, and operational scaling. The role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, from small experiments to multi-quarter initiatives, and to see the direct impact of your work.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and maintain systems supporting new business acquisition by gathering, structuring, and activating customer data across the Revenue organization.
  • Develop tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows for more relevant and targeted marketing, sales, and customer success activities.
  • Support the creation of a comprehensive, data-driven understanding of customer health by integrating information from multiple sources and surfacing actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to proactively highlight customer risks, recommend actions, and improve decision-making in Customer Success.
  • Build and improve automations to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks for Revenue teams, allowing colleagues to focus on high-value activities.
  • Help develop AI-powered tools and agents to enhance efficiency and outputs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Measure the adoption and impact of developed tools, using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Patchwork's products, customers, and commercial model to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the CRM ecosystem, improving data quality, reporting, workflows, and user experience.
  • Build and maintain integrations across the commercial technology stack, ensuring effective data flow between systems.
  • Help shape scalable data models and processes to enable better data utilization across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working with programming languages, databases, and related technical systems.
  • Practical experience building solutions utilizing Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, including prompt engineering, latency considerations, and token consumption.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity regarding business operations, commercial processes, and revenue-generating functions.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of comfort working with quantitative data and analysis.
  • Ability and passion to work in a fast-paced scale-up team environment.
