About the Role
As a Product Manager at Buildium, you will join a team dedicated to delivering core tools for property managers. You will act as a product owner, guiding engineering teams to build, test, and optimize solutions that solve real-world market problems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-value solutions for customers
- Measure and report on product outcomes
- Act as a product and customer expert for Engineering and UX teams
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and promote features
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Success, Support, and Sales
- Manage a scrum team as the product owner
- Break down features into actionable work items
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily Scrum rituals
- Perform acceptance testing on completed work
- Own the team release plan and prioritized backlog
- Coordinate with Engineering and UX to ensure project alignment
- Share subject matter expertise across the Product Management practice
- Monitor industry trends, technology, and competition
- Maintain alignment with overall product strategy
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience analyzing markets and customer sets to build successful products
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Design aptitude with the ability to evaluate user experience
- Familiarity with AI/ML and LLMs
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for product workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
