About the Role

Dentsu Programmatic is seeking a proactive individual to join the team, focusing on accountability, teamwork, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and planning for programmatic campaigns.
  • Set up and activate programmatic campaigns.
  • Grow revenue through campaign optimization and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to service client teams.
  • Conduct campaign planning, setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Work closely with traders and client teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Improve campaign performance through insightful reporting.
  • Participate in discussions about potential campaigns and attend new campaign briefings, including RFP creation.
  • Ensure media plan requirements are communicated and accurately entered into platforms.
  • Set up and oversee programmatic campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage campaigns from initial briefings and planning through platform setup and post-reporting.
  • Proactively review and flag potential challenges or opportunities within live campaigns.
  • Complete post-launch audits, campaign optimizations, and pacing for programmatic campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify revenue growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of programmatic experience.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred.
  • In-platform experience with multiple DSPs (DV360, Amazon, Teads/TAM, The Trade Desk).
  • Solid understanding of the Canadian media marketplace.
  • Basic understanding of tagging, ad serving, and campaign management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to continuously improve campaign performance and grow revenue.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
