About the Role
The Campaign Program Manager supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by translating plans into structured workflows, coordinating deliverables across teams, and ensuring timely, accurate launches. This role maintains project visibility, manages documentation, and provides reporting support to enable Senior Campaign Managers to execute programs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Translate campaign plans into structured workflows, timelines, and assigned tasks.
- Manage campaign projects in project management tools, including task creation, dependencies, and status updates.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and consistent naming conventions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, operations, and partner marketing.
- Identify workflow gaps, unclear ownership, or stalled deliverables and resolve or escalate issues.
- Support the setup of campaign components such as emails, landing pages, and forms using established templates.
- Prepare briefs, assets, and execution inputs to ensure readiness prior to launch.
- Manage administrative workflows including legal review submissions and purchase order coordination.
- Generate structured reports to provide visibility into campaign execution, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or project management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and following established processes.
- Experience supporting campaign planning and execution across timelines and deliverables.
- Experience using project management tools to track work and manage dependencies.
- Familiarity with core marketing channels including email, landing pages, and digital assets.
